Bon anniversaire M. Louboutin

Christian Louboutin unveils his 20th anniversary capsule collection at an event hosted by Bergdorf Goodman.  The red sole magician’s collection is a revival of his top 20 iconic styles from the past two decades including his first red sole shoe.

For the special Anniversary Collection event, 2010 and 2011 graduates form the Parsons School of Design were invited to participate in a contest to create apparel inspired by Louboutin styles of the past two decades with a specific focus on the revival collection.

Louboutin says, “My goal is to create shoes that add music and movement to the way a woman walks.”… indeed he does.

The Collection is sold through select Bergdorf Goodman department stores and Christian Louboutin boutiques.
